Dr. Brian Charette, SPHR

Brian’s areas of expertise and passion are centered in leadership, team building, and interpersonal effectiveness. He works to see people so well equipped and fulfilled that energy is unleashed for building not just a strong organization, but strong lives as well. After serving in the United States Marine Corps and then achieving success in broadcasting, he has spent most of his career in the fields of human resources, training, and professional development. Brian received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia and completed his doctoral work at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Brian and his wife live with their two daughters in Rockingham County, Virginia.
Jennifer Testa, PHR

Jennifer’s expertise is in the fields of personality/behavior assessment, customer service, and teamwork. Her personal vision is to see relational bridges built so that organizations experience a fresh synergy and unimagined productiveness. Her career focus has been in Human Resources and Training. Jennifer received her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Auburn University and her Master’s Degree in Adult Human Resources Development at James Madison University. Jennifer and her family live in Augusta County, Virginia.

Diane has invested her career in leadership, professional development, and effective conflict resolution. She is passionate about the pursuit of learning that is measurable, growth that has a real effect on people and their organizations. She has been a professional in the fields of Social Services, Human Resources, and Professional Development. Diane received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, Virginia and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from James Madison University. Diane and her husband live in Centerville, Virginia.
