The letters in the DISC assessment represent four different primary approaches to one’s environment, which make up elements of personality. These are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. As each person learns their particular profile and pattern, not only is self-awareness impacted dramatically, but teamwork and collaboration begin to improve because team members gain so much understanding of each other. For that reason, the DISC is often a foundation for Learnership Solutions teamwork training.
