The difference between our coaching and consulting services generally is found in the persons with whom we’re building the relationship and the length of the term. Our consulting work normally serves the organizational leaders who generally establish the relationship with Learnership Solutions. These include CEO’s, HR directors, training directors, OD leaders, etc.

Coaching usually involves the organizational leaders asking Learnership Solutions to build longer-term relationships for performance improvement with directors, department heads, team leaders, etc. In this way, we help with establishing, executing, and evaluating performance plans for individuals and teams, providing direct support. This can be accomplished over a period of days, weeks, or months.
