As Brian Charette, Jennifer Testa, and Diane Yerian researched and worked together providing training solutions in a university setting, they realized that, not only did they like working together, but that their work was resulting in real improvements in individual fulfillment and organizational effectiveness. From there, Learnership Solutions was born.
The company’s passion is to see people learn so that they grow as individuals along with their organizations. The pay off for the organization is that, as people grow, so do their teams, together.
The approach is client centered, paying close attention to what you actually need. That is followed by the proposal of a relevant, creative, solution. Thus the name of the firm.
